Q: What directories are my Dave Beson Letters installed into?

A:
By default, the letters are installed in the
C:\Program Files\AAOutlook\REMS\LetterWriter,
C:\Program Files\AAOutlook\REMS\LetterWriter Plus and C:\Program Files\AAOutlook\REMS\eLetterWriter.

Q: How do I apply a campaign to a contact?

A:
Click on Campaigns in the Active Agent tool bar
2. Click on Open Campaign folder
3. Select apply campaign
4. Select the Campaign
5. Select the contact you would like to apply the campaign to.
6. Click Apply.

Q: How do I send a letter to a single contact?

A:
Click on Create in the Active Agent tool bar.
2. New document.
3. Select the contact you would like to send the letter to.
4. Select the document you wish to send.
5. Click ok, this will open the selected document merged with the selected contact.
