Seminar Room & A.V. Requirements

This list of required equipment is provided in advance to ensure your seminar will run as smoothly as possible. We are committed to making your seminar go well!

If you have questions, concerns, and/or requests about our room requirements, please call us at 1-800-242-3031.

Please provide the following in your seminar room:

  1. LCD projector –if available at no extra cost to you. If one is not available at no extra cost to you, please call us.

  2. Large screen at front of the room – preferably 10’ x 10’.

  3. Power strip and extension cord at front of room.

  4. Large table (6-foot – skirted) at the front of the room.

  5. Lavaliere Microphone (wireless is preferred).

  6. Two 6-foot, skirted tables at the rear of the room for every 100 people in attendance—to a maximum of four tables—for display of materials.

  7. Room set up with center aisle, no more than 4-feet in width.

  8. It is greatly appreciated if coffee and water is supplied at front of the room for Dave.
