Last year I purchased your 7 Year Plan (LetterWriter) and also Newsletter Writer. It was a big job for my assistants to plug all my buyers into the correct months of the seven years, but well worth it. I received many favorable comments about my ‘well-written, interesting letters.’ I used a personalized, edited version of the Newsletter Writer for my monthly newsletters to my Special Group. In addition, I used some of the small pieces on the second page of the newsletters for my Advertorials in our local paper.

I purchased LetterWriter and NAR convention in 1995. I first started using it for expired listings only. I set up the program and methodically started to send out the 10 letters over a 30 day period. I knew it was working well over the past two years but I never really totaled it up.

I just opened up my computer and started going over the closed transactions I know LetterWriter brought to me. Well, after I totaled it up it came to 16 transactions and $25,996.00.

I am still trying to get over that 4 million a year hump and hope to do that in 1998 by using more of your programs and automating more. If I can ever be of help to you, let me know! Thanks again!
