Dave Beson knows real estate, and real estate knows Dave.
He was a real estate salesperson, training director, and manager. His speaking has taken him over 4 million miles to present more than 2,600 programs in all 50 states plus Mexico, Canada, the Virgin Islands, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, and South Africa and more. He has appeared 34 consecutive years as a featured speaker at the National Association of Realtors convention. His programs consistently draw large audiences and recently attained an excellence rating of 100%.
Dave is a speaker, leader, and creator of profit tools.
He is a former senior instructor for five CRS courses as presented by the Residential Sales Council of RNMI. In 1989 Dave served as President of the RS Council of RNMI. He is the author of numerous books, periodicals, and articles for real estate professionals.

He consults with companies and super-achiever salespeople on how to improve their marketing, their service, and their overall performance.
